Irwin has had just about enough of these gruesome crime scenes – but unfortunately, the LAPD is no closer to solving the Angel case now than it was four months ago.  There are now five bodies stacked up, all attributed to this one killer.

He’s losing sleep.  So are the victims of the families – so when his last hope arrives in the form of serial killer expert Finn Steel, things change.

Finn is not afraid of these crime scenes so much as fascinated by them.  To some of Irwin’s colleagues, that’s a red flag – but it seems obvious to Irwin that Finn is just a little eccentric, trying his hardest to solve this high-stakes puzzle before he’s handed another piece.

As the two men fight against internal and external pressures, racing against time to find the killer, it becomes obvious that their chemistry goes far beyond exceptional teamwork.
