New release books can be discounted or full price. New release books must not be free.
If you are listing the book at a discounted rate, please have the price discounted by 5 a.m. EST on the day of your promotion, and continue to list it at the discounted rate for a full day AFTER your promotion date.

Up to four new releases are available each day.
One promotion per pen name is allowed every THREE (3) days. The same title will not promoted again until 30 days have passed from the last promotion.
